We start the process by taking clients’ requirements and mix it with our experiences and expertise in order to provide outstanding consultancy services. Moreover, our expert team of architects and project managers works closely throughout the construction process in order to monitor performance with respect to the details mentioned in the drawings and contract documents. Our approach is to perform extensive site analysis on initial stages so we can incorporate all our understanding even before making and documenting all plans. The inspection starts with looking at current site conditions including zoning, size of the area, climate, road level, soil condition as well as pen down all the issues and opportunities which may help in the existing and the future development phase.

We worked with our homeowners to create a Contemporary design with Farmhouse details. The exterior of the home is a calm blue, accented with wood details in the gable trusses and neutral shakes in the gable ends. The entry way is highlighted not only with the wooden trusses and posts, but with the wood-toned soffit and hanging lantern. The interior’s neutral color palette was accented in blue/turquoise, carrying the exterior color indoors. Pops of this color is seen in the bedroom feature wall, a wallpapered feature wall in the powder room and the laundry room cabinetry. These touches showcase the personalities of the homeowner and give a fun element to a space that can often be overlooked. The kitchen is unique in that the homeowners chose three colors of cabinetry. The white perimeter cabinetry and grey island give the space a very clean airy feel, while the maple wood details on the ends of the island and hood vent complement the wood shelving surrounding the fireplace, and bring the farmhouse feel to the space…Completing this home, on time, on budget and during Covid-19, was a complete success!!!
